BAB 3 — ORGANISASI
(1) Apabila dipandang perlu dalam menunjang pelaksanaan tugasnya, Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia dapat membentuk Perwakilan di Daerah.
(2) Ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai pembentukan Perwakilan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) ditetapkan oleh Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia.
