BAB 1 — TATA CARA PERMINTAAN PENDAFTARAN MEREK
Surat Kuasa Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 13 huruf e harus menyebutkan merek terdaftar yang dialihkan beserta nomor pendaftaran merek yang bersangkutan.
