BAB 4 — CAPITAL SURCHARGE UNTUK SYSTEMICALLY IMPORTANT BANK (SIB)
Berdasarkan penetapan Capital Surcharge untuk SIB dalam 5 (lima) kelompok (bucket) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 12 ayat (1), untuk pertama kali Otoritas Jasa Keuangan MENETAPKAN SIB dalam 4 (empat) kelompok (bucket) Capital Surcharge untuk SIB yaitu kelompok (bucket) 1, kelompok (bucket) 2, kelompok (bucket) 3, dan kelompok (bucket) 4.
