Pasal 6
BAB 2 — KEDUDUKAN, TUGAS, FUNGSI, DAN WEWENANG
(1) Sekretariat Bawaslu Provinsi berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab
kepada Bawaslu Provinsi.
(2) Sekretariat Bawaslu Provinsi dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekretariat.
