Pemberian Izin Pengeluaran Benih sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 37 ayat (2), oleh Menteri dimandatkan kepada Direktur Jenderal atau pejabat yang ditunjuk atas nama Menteri.
- Lampiran Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 15/Permentan/HR.060/5/2017 tentang Pemasukan dan Pengeluaran Benih Hortikultura (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2017 Nomor 715), Nomor 13 (tiga belas) Formulir IF – 02 diubah sehingga menjadi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan Menteri ini.
Pasal II Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan.
