Pasal 22
(1) Penggantian antarwaktu pengurus LPJK dapat dilakukan dalam hal terdapat pengurus berhenti atau diberhentikan sebelum masa tugas kepengurusan selesai.
(2) Pengurus yang berhenti atau diberhentikan pada penggantian antarwaktu dapat digantikan oleh calon pengurus yang sudah mengikuti uji kelayakan dan kepatutan.
(3) Penggantian antarwaktu dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan pemilihan pengurus sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 14.

- Leadership: 1 Chair (appointed by Minister) + members
- Term: 4 years
- Approval: Requires DPR approval

- Accredited business associations
- Accredited professional associations
- Project owner institutions (government/private)
- Universities or construction experts
- (Optional) Supply chain associations

10+ years construction experience
Maximum 2 terms
Government officials must resign structural positions
