Pasal 20
(1) Pembinaan melalui kegiatan Pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam [[#Pasal 17]] ayat (3) huruf c yang dilakukan Pemerintah kepada pemerintah provinsi dengan melakukan pemantauan terhadap penerapan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait Pengelolaan Air Hujan Pada Bangunan Gedung Dan Persilnya.
(2) Pembinaan melalui kegiatan Pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam [[#Pasal 17]] ayat (3) huruf c yang dilakukan pemerintah provinsi kepada pemerintah kabupaten/kota dengan melakukan pemantauan terhadap penerapan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait dengan Pengelolaan Air Hujan Pada Bangunan Gedung Dan Persilnya.
(3) Pembinaan melalui kegiatan Pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam [[#Pasal 17]] ayat (3) huruf c yang dilakukan pemerintah kabupaten/kota dan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta kepada Penyelenggara Bangunan Gedung dengan melakukan pemantauan terhadap penerapan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait dengan Pengelolaan Air Hujan Pada Bangunan Gedung Dan Persilnya.
