Pasal 31
BAB 3 — Long Range Identification and Tracking of Ships (LRIT)
(1) Penyelenggaraan Long Range Identification and Tracking of Ships (LRIT) terdiri atas: a. penunjukan recognized application service provider (ASP) dan authorized testing application service provider (ASP); dan b. uji kelaikan perangkat (conformance test). (2) Penyelenggaraan Long Range Identification and Tracking of Ships (LRIT) sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dilaksanakan pengawasan oleh Direktur Jenderal.
