BAB 1 — TATA CARA PERMINTAAN PENDAFTARAN MEREK
Surat Kuasa Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 21 huruf b harus menyebutkan merek terdaftar dan nomor pendaftaran merek yang bersangkutan.
