Pasal 3

Pada saat mulai berlakunya Peraturan PRESIDEN ini, Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 9 Tahun 1979 tentang Pengesahan Agreement between the Government of the Republik of INDONESIA and the ASEAN relating to the Privileges and Immunities of the ASEAN Secretariat (Lembaran Negara Republik INDONESIA Tahun 1979 Nomor 7), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
