Pasal 22
BAB 3 — TATA CARA PENYUSUNAN
(1) Setiap Pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I dapat menyusun dan MENETAPKAN Rancangan Keputusan Pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I.
(2) Materi teknis Rancangan Keputusan Pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I disusun oleh Unit Kerja Eselon II Pengusul. (3) Materi teknis Rancangan Keputusan Pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) disampaikan kepada Pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I Pengusul.
