Ruang lingkup Peraturan Menteri ini meliputi:
a. pembentukan dan kedudukan;
b. tugas dan fungsi;
c. pengurus LPJK;
d. sekretariat LPJK;
e. pendanaan; dan
f. pembinaan dan pengawasan LPJK.
LPJK: Central institution for construction services development under the Minister
LSP: Certification bodies for professional competencies
LSBU: Certification bodies for construction business entities
Asosiasi Profesi: Professional associations (architects, engineers, etc.)
Asosiasi Badan Usaha: Business entity associations (contractors, consultants)
Asosiasi Rantai Pasok: Supply chain associations (materials, equipment, technology)
Institusi Pengguna: Project owners/clients (government and private sector)
Akreditasi: Formal recognition of associations
Sertifikasi: Competency/capability certification
Lisensi: Authorization to conduct certification processes
Registrasi: Registration of entities and personnel
