Pasal 13
BAB 3 — PENYELENGGARA TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI
Penyelenggara tata kelola, pengelolaan, dan pemanfaatan TIK Kementerian Keuangan terdiri atas: a. komite pengarah TIK; b. chief information officer, terdiri atas:
- chief information officer Kementerian Keuangan;
- chief information officer unit eselon I; dan
- chief information officer Unit Non Eselon; c. ketua keamanan informasi (chief information security officer), terdiri atas:
- ketua keamanan informasi (chief information security officer) Kementerian Keuangan;
- ketua keamanan informasi (chief information security officer) unit eselon I; dan
- ketua keamanan informasi (chief information security officer) Unit Non Eselon; d. chief enterprise architecture, terdiri atas:
- chief enterprise architecture Kementerian Keuangan;
- chief enterprise architecture unit eselon I; dan
- chief enterprise architecture Unit Non Eselon. e. chief data officer Kementerian Keuangan; f. Unit di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan; g. Unit TIK di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan, terdiri atas:
- Unit TIK Pusat;
- Unit TIK Eselon I; dan
- Unit TIK Non Eselon; dan h. Pihak Eksternal.
