BAB 3 — SISTEM PENGELOLAAN AIR LIMBAH DOMESTIK
Komponen SPALD-S sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 10 ayat (1) huruf a, terdiri atas: a. subsistem pengolahan setempat; b. subsistem pengangkutan; dan c. subsistem pengolahan lumpur tinja.
