BAB 3 — TUJUAN PENATAAN WP IKN UTARA, RENCANA STRUKTUR RUANG, DAN RENCANA POLA RUANG
(1) Rencana jaringan telekomunikasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf d, meliputi: a. jaringan tetap; dan b. jaringan bergerak seluler. (2) Jaringan tetap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a berupa jaringan serat optik melewati: a. SWP VI.A meliputi Blok VI.A.1, Blok VI.A.2, Blok VI.A.3, Blok VI.A.4, Blok VI.A.5, Blok VI.A.6, Blok VI.A.7, Blok VI.A.8, dan Blok VI.A.9, Blok VI.A.10, Blok VI.A.11, Blok VI.A.12, Blok VI.A.13, Blok VI.A.14; b. SWP VI.B meliputi Blok VI.B.1, Blok VI.B.2, Blok VI.B.3, Blok VI.B.4, Blok VI.B.5, Blok VI.B.6, Blok VI.B.7, Blok VI.B.8, dan Blok VI.B.9, Blok VI.B.10, Blok VI.B.11, Blok VI.B.12; dan c. SWP VI.C meliputi Blok VI.C.1, Blok VI.A.2, Blok VI.A.3, Blok VI.A.4, Blok VI.A.5, Blok VI.A.6, Blok VI.A.7, Blok VI.A.8, dan Blok VI.A.9, Blok VI.C.10, Blok VI.C.11, Blok VI.C.12, Blok VI.C.13, Blok VI.A.14, Blok VI.C.15. (3) Jaringan bergerak seluler sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b, berupa Base Transceiver Station (BTS) terdapat di: a. SWP VI.A meliputi Blok VI.A.2, Blok VI.A.11; b. SWP VI.B meliputi Blok VI.B.4; dan c. SWP VI.C meliputi Blok VI.C.12. (4) Rencana jaringan telekomunikasi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) digambarkan dalam peta dengan tingkat ketelitian skala 1:5.000 (satu banding lima ribu) tercantum dalam Lampiran II.5 yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan Kepala ini
