BAB 3 — JENIS DAN BATAS MAKSIMUM BTP PEMBUIH
Jenis BTP Pembuih yang diizinkan digunakan dalam pangan terdiri atas:
- Gom xanthan (Xanthan gum);
- Selulosa mikrokristalin (Microcrystalline cellulose); dan
- Etil metil selulosa (Metyl ethyl cellulose).
